Grandma has always been known for her delicious apple pie (her mama's- Helen Grace Cressey's- recipe), and we always beg her to bring it to every holiday meal. For years, we've been saying that we want a lesson in how to make it, but the holidays always rush by. This year was the year though. Jeanne invited all of us over on Christmas Eve Eve, and the boys (and Cressey) entertained themselves while the ladies laughed and laughed and did a little cooking in the kitchen. We all had the best time, and I think we might just have a new family tradition! My girls sure do have the best grandmamas!
