Spring 2016 Dance Recital

On Saturday, May 14th, Helen Grace had her spring dance recital, and since she is wanting to explore other interests, this might be our last one (at least for the foreseeable future). We did HG’s hair and makeup and got her dressed over at Spiffer’s house since the recital was at the Landers Center, and then Cressey stayed with Granddaddy. After the (two-and-a-half hour- whew!) recital, we grabbed a quick bite at Newk’s before the exhausted ballerina fell into bed. She was all a-twitter and full of herself, but she passed out as soon as her head hit the pillow!

This girl loves putting on make up.

But she does not love hairspray.
