The Moore family has expanded again! For what feels like forever (and I know it must seem even longer for them), my cousin, Amy, and her hubby, Chad, have been trying to adopt a baby. They found out a few months ago that they were selected by a birth mom and would be parents in January to a little girl. The birth mom asked them to name her Selena, which was actually Chad’s great-grandmother’s name, and Amy and Chad chose Kate for her middle name. Little Miss Selena Kate arrived into this world on January 12th, and Amy and Chad were able to take her home on the 14th. While we are all bursting with joy for the future of this family and beautiful baby girl, we are still hurting for the birth mom that made such an amazingly difficult sacrifice. Please keep all of them in your prayers. We can’t wait to meet you, Selena Kate, and God bless you!!
