On the road again! After some good quality time with John, the kitties, our beds, and friends, the girls and I left for Gulfport again on Thursday, March 13th. We stayed at the Residence Inn this time. Further from the coast but a little closer to the showgrounds. Cressey and I explored the Mississippi Aquarium, and it was AMAZING. We really enjoyed the fairgrounds at Gulfport- the food was amazing, and the bathrooms were all in real buildings- a big plus! We all learned a lot and are glad we made the trek. It's fun watching HG grow in her equine knowledge and her friendship and partnership with Cay-man (as the announcer kept calling him).
I thought the pool would give us lots of entertainment, but it was not heated and full of bugs. BUST!
We woke up and put on the same tshirt one morning. After documenting, I changed shirts! lol
You know your family loves you when they meet you in the parking lot of a gas station to give you a hug as you come through Jackson!
