After a few years of experiencing and loving Atlantis, we loved the ease and beauty of the Bahamas and decided to try a new-to-us place in Nassau, Baha Mar. for a quick trip in June (June 1st-6th). We loved exploring a new place and seeing all that Baha Mar has to offer!
I decided this was the trip that I would give up caring what Cressey wore, as evidenced by this airport OOTD
The girls were champs waiting in the 1.5 hour immigration line
WE FINALLY MADE IT!
View from our room
Two bedroom ocean view residence suite
Lunch at Stix
We loved the crazy elevators...and these crazy girls...
Cressey was willing to be a model at any point to showcase all the pretty corners
These girls are pretty happy with a slow morning, mac and cheese, and iPads
The bottom fell out of the sky. HG and John made the decision early to run back inside, but Cressey and rolled the dice and thought it would be a short shower. It was NOT. We finally threw in the towel and ran back inside in the POURING DOWN RAIN. Cress was nervous at first, but we made a game out of it and floated back to the hotel.

Sunny and Baha Mar
Dinner at Fi'lia
After a night of a big storm and in-room pizza and wine, I had a nice little nap, and you know John didn't miss an opportunity for a pic.
Day on the water!
Snorkeling, almost missed due to the sweet first mate saying "watch out for the fire coral!" Took a lot of cajoling to get her in the water, but of course, she loved it!
Ready to see the pigs at Rose Island
Lunch at Footprints
Covered in hermit crabs!
Dinner at Costa
They were so sweet to give the kids cups of fish food, which completely entertained Cressey during our meal!
One last swim (and daiquiri) before we headed home
God gave me Cressey so that I wouldn't have to walk alone in airports anymore
A delayed flight means that Cressey took a little nap on the last leg
And got a ride off the plane
