Monkey Business

Friday was “wear-your-Halloween-costume-to-Kindermusik” day, and Camille and Helen Grace had a blast. Since neither one of them would wear their hat, I will share with you that Camille was a sea otter and Helen Grace was a monkey. Maybe we’ll warm them up to the idea of the hat before the big day? If only you could have seen Jennifer and me with the silly hats on our heads, trying to convince them to try them on. Those are pics you will surely not see!

After Kindermusik, HG and I met John and some sweet friends for lunch. We had a great time visiting, and then we headed back to John’s office for HG to trick or treat. Helen Grace protested her morning nap, so she wasn’t the best company but John’s coworkers were so sweet to her. They even had little bags of candy made up for her. She LOVED the sucker and wore the remnants of it proudly on her face for all to see. :)
