Christmas 2023

We woke up in Oxford on Christmas Eve morning. After brunch with the Moores, we headed to Christmas Eve mass at Christ the King in Southaven with Grandma and then back to her house for gifts. We came home to make reindeer food and to leave cookies and milk out for Santa. The girls slept together in HG's room and woke us up promptly at 7:00 with bellows from the top of the stairs. We stayed in our pjs all day and played with all the new toys. Spiffer, Granddaddy, and Grandma came over for lunch, and we enjoyed Granddaddy's ice cream and Grandma's apple pie!

Looking back through calendars from years ago

Precious moments

Impromptu reindeer food making

HG was pretty surprised/ happy to see a show trunk!

They've had to work on a schedule of putting on the daily ornament this year, but they agreed to put on the Christmas one TOGETHER.

The fashion designer set was a huge hit. Santa didn't tell me that I'd spent most of the break sewing together her designs though!

She hasn't taken off this electric blanket

GD's ice cream makes everyone happy!

This flying orb ended up in the top of the chandelier just as grandparents were walking out the door. They cackled and quickly ran for their cars!
