Easter 2020

Easter was very different this year with the Coronavirus shut down. Saturday's weather was beautiful, so we spent as much time outside as possible. The girls got to dye eggs and then hunt eggs across the street at our neighbors. We ended on a high note with a wonderful s'mores night around the fire pit. Sunday brought terrible storms, so we were inside eating and watching movies in our pjs all day. Grandma dropped off her easter baskets at the door early in the morning, and Spiffer made sure we had delicious food to eat by providing some casseroles. We sure can't wait to see our people, but we enjoyed our weekend!

Right before the egg hunt, Cressey was running on the patio (as fast as an Avatar??) and fell RIGHT ON HER FACE, KNEES, AND HANDS. She was really upset, and I thought she might not recover for the hunt. But HG bandaged her up and I put her on my hip and walked on across the street. It only took spotting a few eggs before the adrenaline kicked in and she rallied!

Oh yeahhhhh, it's EASTER! The Easter Bunny has been here!
