The Baker girls and Toohig girls (minus the little sisters) met the Blackmans in Little Rock for a day trip in June. They were there for business, so we got the girls together to play for a day. We had lunch at Damgoode Pies, played at the Museum of Discovery, and then stopped for ice cream at Kilwin’s. It was a super fast trip, but we so enjoyed getting some quality time together during the summer.
The science museum was great and perfect for this age. While they still rushed through a majority of the experiments, they would slow down enough to read enough of the signs to gather what it was about.
She tried the bed of nails but quickly bailed.
