When we were at the beach for fall break, our photog friend, Cassie, was there too, so we/ I excitedly set up a time for a quick photo shoot for Cressey’s 18-month milestone. The problem was that Cress didn’t like sand and refused to be set down, it was blazing hot/humid, Cressey didn’t want HG anywhere close to her (so HG had to jump into a group pic at the last second), and she wanted that paci in her mouth at all times. Whew. It was a recipe for disaster, but luckily, Cassie is a miracle worker and got a ton of fantastic ones of Helen Grace, a very willing model, and some great action shots of Cressey. And afterward, mama and daddy left the girls with a babysitter and went out for much needed drinks with friends!
