Sophomore Fall Ball

SAA's Fall Ball was Saturday, October 19th. We started off the night with a sophomore class dinner at Chickasaw Country Club, the dance was at Madonna, and then the after party was at our house. We've got a great group of kids and parents, and it was a really fun night (although it did take two nights of sleep for both the kids and grown ups to catch up lol)!

HG's sweet date Ryan

They dressed up as couples afterward- Curious George and the man with the yellow hat

Fall Break at Alys

This year, HG was invited to go to the beach with Katherine's family for fall break, so we asked Grandma (Spiffer and GD already had plans) and the Fiks (they were solo with Poppy) to come with us to Alys. It was like a 'fake only child' retreat for the little sisters! Cressey and Poppy had a slumber party every night in the bunk bed room and entertained each other in the pool ALL DAY LONG. HG and KK joined us for the last two nights. We had a great time with family and friends that are like family!

Have to go to George's the first night

And Ole Miss was playing South Carolina, so we had to support our team (we won)

We had dinner at Shaka and then drinks at Pescada for the Fiks' anniversary

Cressey went down to Rosemary one day to play in the waves and build sandcastles with Kate and Lizzie. Grandma and I shopped while she played- win win!

Reunited and it feels so good! (Especially after the 10-hour car ride home, thanks to a police chase and interstate closure)
