Granddaddy and I had to make a quick day trip to NYC. When we landed in NY and I turned on my phone, I got a notification the front door had been open for an extended period of time. When I pulled open the camera app, LOOK WHAT I SAW ON OUR PORCH!!!!
Thankfully, the "loud" landscaping crew with leaf blowers across the street kept the other kitties scared inside and Blue only went to the flowerbeds and came back twice. I could see that he eventually came back inside the house though. A neighbor and then Grandma came to the rescue and finally found Blue under our bed. What an adventure!

In the ring together but in a whole new way. Giddy up, HG!
HG and Cayman rode in their first show together, Memphis Charity, in Germantown in mid November. I lose a little track of the days for pictures' sake, but she was able to ride in the 2'9" class for the first time on Friday and won 3rd in one round, 1st in second, so she got Reserve Champion. 4th in under saddle. Cayman had a tummy ache overnight on Friday and didn't do as well in Saturday's 2'6" class. They showed again on Sunday and did well. (Susan had ridden him on Thursday and earned a Reserve Champion too!) Overall, too many ribbons to hold! We are very pleased with their new partnership and are excited about moving on up to 2'9"!
