This is Sunny's new fave spot, on the back of the den couch
His second favorite spot is under the den ottoman so he can see everyone but be protected from little hands a little more.
Softball against Northpoint
Always Mama's helper
Sunny is mama's helper too
Hitching a ride from sis
Rarely does Cress let these ragamuffins into her room, so they thoroughly enjoyed bedtime.
Headed south to DG's Puppies and Pizza fundraiser (left Cress at home recovering from the flu)

This silly cat decided to eat a rubber stopper of some kind and had to have surgery to get it out. He nor I were very happy about it
Meanwhile, our librarian sent me this pic of a very happy little girl picking out her book to check out.

Ready for her turn!
Helen Grace thought she was going to embarrass the heck out of Cressey by waving and hollering at her, but Cressey was so excited she just waved real big back at her! Spot her arms just to the right of Cressey above the yellow line on the fence.
Love these trees at school (although not what they do to my sinuses)
Showing Reagan around Oxford
Cress and I explored Avent Park while John and the girls went to the baseball game
And then dinner...with a lot of tired and sunkissed girls
Meanwhile, Ryves and his girls were staying at our house and sent us this pic of Blue. Not a happy kitty.
There was a Niko Moon concert in the Grove, so the big girls set up on the balcony and listened and talked for hours.
Cressey cashed in her casual day coupon the school gave her for her birthday, and she was super excited about her new neon unicorn dress.
I was trying to sneak a pic of HG and she caught me. Love Cressey laughing in the backseat!

Another night at cotillion
On Maundy Thursday, these two let me sleep in a minute, and I found them in the living room watching tv together. Hark!
Cressey had her first eye exam
HG was being a real piece of work and then wanted me to fix her dinner. I told her I'd be glad to after she did something nice for me. All she could think of was to write me a post it note that said, "Mama slays all day." Cress piped up with, "Fix her a glass of wine, sissy!" Thank you, Cressey, for that winning idea! Also, PS, HG says her college goal is to be a bartender at the Library. Oh lordy, what have we done?!
A trip to the country to see Brandy's brand new chicks
Typical shenanigans
Sunny so rarely lays on me or even around me on the bed, so I had to take a pic!

We ate on Bubba's china
Life imitating art
Last night of Cotillion- this was a parent-child night, so after her friends left for cotillion, she shed her dress for her Grizzlies gear and she and John headed to another play-off game for their father-daughter date night!
You know that look
Quick change!
HG made the Grizzlies PR Twitter feed!
Cressey got to experience the kindergarten tradition of reciting a nursery rhyme. She was tasked with 'Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary.' Even though she claimed to be nervous in the days before, she did beautifully and didn't show a bit of nerves.
At HG's third track meet, we got a quick visit with Hastings (was at Briarcrest)! She ran the 4x200 relay and was too far from me to get a good pic.
Self-confidence appears to be her jam

Cressey's first tball game this spring
And HG's last track meet of the season- she ran 4x100 and 4x200
We weren't able to make the tball team pics, so Cress was very into the idea of taking her own pics :)
This silly cat loves water- there is about an inch of water standing in the tub
Cressey went to see Seussical at SAA with some friends
While I was getting ready one morning, HG decided to teach Cress multiplication
Family date to see Mean Girls at Orpheum and lunch at the Peabody
Mama finally got a turn!
Meanwhile in Olive Branch...
While I was videoing Grizz climbing the ladder, we were on the Jumbrotron. I caught a frame of it in my video. I circled John and me in red above the foul numbers.
