We continued our holiday tradition of going to see a play with Hayes and Hastings, and this year, we went to see Peter Pan at the Playhouse on the Square the weekend after Christmas. My friend, Lindsey, returned for her legendary role as Peter, and the girls were able to meet her, I mean ‘Peter,’ after the show and even got their very own box of fairy dust. {We were teetering dangerously close to the edge of HG not believing that Peter Pan was real, so it was a dicey situation at times. Mission complete though.}
We met for lunch beforehand with Cam and Hanley, so we all got to really visit for a bit. By the end of the afternoon, HG with no nap was pretty delirious, and Hayes and Hastings were really sweet to just smile and nod to her ramblings. Now that’s love!
I am really enjoying this holiday tradition. Here’s to many more cousin outings!
