Labor Day Fun Day

Of course, we had to visit the zoo on Labor Day, partly because we bribed Baby Girl with a visit on Monday if she stopped throwing a monster tantrum when it poured down rain on Sunday. And also because you know we can’t pass up a holiday without going to the zoo! Her baby doll, whose name is appropriately Baby Girl, had to come with us as well. John rolled his eyes when he saw her get out of the car with it, but you know, it was either the Cinderella slippers or the baby doll- hey, I picked my battle!

Oh, and thankfully, she hasn’t noticed for the last month that the dinosaur exhibit is no longer there. She finally mentioned it this time, but shockingly, she was alright about it when we told her that they went to live at another zoo.
