Favorites

Now that Helen Grace is a ‘big girl’ and I’ve gotten away from her monthly updates, I realized it’s been a while since I’ve documented some of her favorite things at this age. So here it goes!

Dolls

She is still inseparable from Lovey. It’s really the only thing that she HAS to have, and when she needs it, she NEEDS it. Probably her next two go-to’s are her Monkey and Hippo. (I think it’s hilarious that she calls almost all of her stuffed animals by their type of animal- not really into naming things much.) She’s fond of blankets too, and she favors the ‘one with my name on it’ or the ‘pea one.’

Books

She is one for repetition, so we go through phases with books. These are some that she consistently goes back to again and again. She is a big fan of any of the Curious George and Llama Llama books.

Movies

The girl loooooves to watch movies, and when she gets on a kick with one, she’ll watch it over and over for days. These are her favorites at the moment, with the addition of Up (couldn’t find a hard copy of it). Thank goodness for digital copies of movies and smart phones so that these can go pretty much anywhere with us!
