Spring is here! Well, at least the first tease of springtime anyway. We usually get several false alarms in this part of the country, but we decided to take advantage of the blue sky, sunshine, and 60 degree weather and hit the Zoo on Saturday. Peg has been dying to go since she moved here years ago, so John gave us all zoo memberships for Christmas. I was battling an oncoming head cold (more on that in a later post), but since I didn’t want to miss out on the fun, I followed behind the fam in a ‘medicine head’ fog. As Helen Grace is getting more aware by the day, it was awesome to watch her take it all in.
All bundled up and ready to go. She lasted approximately 15 mins in the stroller before being picked up and passed from one family member to another for the rest of the day.
Peg is so excited about seeing the pandas!
